Death midwifery offers compassionate accompaniment before, during, and after death—supporting individuals and families with presence, dignity, preparation, and meaning.

• Spiritual and ethical care planning
• Bedside vigils and compassionate presence
• Home funeral education and after-death guidance (where legally permitted)
• Funeral and memorial ceremony design
• Anticipatory grief and bereavement support
